Senior Building Estimator - Construction Industry

Requirements:

BTech in Quantity Surveying or similar
10 – 20 years years’ experience working as an Estimator in the construction industry
Proficiency in CCS essential
Excellent planning, organising, communication and interpersonal skills
Good decision making and problem-solving skills
Familiar with standard conditions of contract for building and civil engineering works such as JBCC, FIDIC, NEC3, etc.
