    Job Description

    Main Purpose of Job

    To support in the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagement / project. The candidate will support in the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagement / project.

    Strategic Impact

    • Supports the Account Manager in delivery of engagement / project, in specific area of competency.
    • Raises issues with manager as identified in area of focus that may affect the quality of delivery or timelines of the engagement.
    • Identifies opportunities for follow-on work and works with management to win the business.
    • Assists in development of client presentations / discussion documentation.
    • Actively builds business relationships that generate leads.
    • Gathers information to understand broader offerings of Deloitte and seeks opportunities for cross-selling.
    • Raises solutions to address issues in area of expertise that may enhance / renew service offerings to client.

    Client Impact: External / Internal

    • Communicates regularly with both Delivery Manager and client to meet deliverables expectations in specific area of expertise.
    • Develops productive working relationships with client staff.

    Operational Effectiveness

    • Proactively identifies client needs and problems on technical issues that arise and propose resolutions to address these.
    • Manages risk in area of engagement in alignment with Deloitte policies.
    • Consistently reviews and analyses accuracy and quality of own deliverables.
    • Maintains clear communication channels with engagement team members on work status

    Development/Growth of Team

    • Shares expertise and knowledge with team members and assists where possible to ensure quality and timeous delivery of work.
    • Mentors’ junior members of the team
    • Maintains own development and knowledge in specialised area.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales 2022 or ECC 6.0 equivalent.
    • Desired Qualifications in SD – SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales 2022
    • MM – SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement
    • PP – SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing
    • QM-SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales 2022
    • EWM – SAP Certified Application Associate – Extended Warehouse Management with SAP S/4HANA 2020
    • PM – SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Maintenance and Repair
    • 6+ years working experience in SAP SD

    Technical competencies

    Technical / Functional

    • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
    • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and prepare applicable system solutions, identify, interpret, support and document customer requirements.
    • Take charge and effectively run workshops to collect business requirements.
    • Map client business requirements, processes, objectives with the ability to develop necessary product adjustments to fulfil clients’ needs.
    • Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
    • Manage delivery of services against agreed SLAs as well as manage escalations.
    • Proactively Identify risks and issues, as well as providing workarounds and/or mitigating solutions.
    • Act as liaison with the client for troubleshooting activities – investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
    • Manage changes or emergency transports for high priority issues.
    • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
    • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
    • Provides ongoing communication to teams on status of engagement / project, changes, achievements, etc.
    • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
    • Act as a link between the business functions and the technical team.
    • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
    • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
    • Has worked on at least 2 end-to-end Project Implementation and support life-cycles.
