Senior Lecturer - Department of Human Resource Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Lecturing at undergraduate and postgraduate level;
The supervision of postgraduate students;
The supervision of industrial psychology internships;
Scientific research and publications in the Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management fields; and
Liaising with students and other stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A doctoral degree with specialisation in the field of Industrial Psychology;
Registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist;
At least one accredited journal publications or peer-reviewed scholarly publications (accepted and/or published).
Experience in the supervision of postgraduate students; and
Lecturing experience.
