Packaging Dispatch Lead

Your mission:

Manage and monitor departmental health, safety, environmental and quality aspects.
Ensuring sound and effective financial management.
Building solid customer and supplier relationships.
Developing operational dispatch plans aligned to strategic objectives of the Finishing BU.
Display a passion for performance, maintain and improve practices and systems to realize organizational goals.
Dispatch specific support in planning, delivering and controlling of departmental targets.
Business Improvement initiation and implementation.
Effective and efficient reporting to enable strategic decision-making.
Effective people management.
Logistics and operational planning.
Working knowledge of production process.
Proficient with MS Office, MIS, SAP, Shop floor and Voyager programs.
Ability to work under pressure.
Sound Interpersonal skills.
Diagnostic and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Mill Safety Standards (Polices & Procedures), OSH Act and ISO systems.
Continuous improvement acumen.

Your profile:

Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations / Production qualification.
5 to 10 years’ experience in logistics in a specialist, supervisor or senior role with specific reference to the related leadership competencies within a heavy manufacturing environment in the Pulp and Paper industry.
