Monthly EVT Audit reports and updates to tool
Ad-hoc invoicing and Ariba PO creation
Meeting Room Bookings and Catering arrangements
Project Admin (Leave roster / Birthday list / Flowers etc)
Townhall preparations
Client Meetings (Invites / prep calls / minutes)
Client Data Protection Controls
Ad-hoc Audit support
Operations PMO Initiatives (Engagement activities / Training follow up, etc)

Qualifications

Matric and Ops experience

Qualifications

Grade 12

Experience

3 to 4 years experience in a project management customer service supply chain environment
