MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

• A degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Management Information Technology

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• Two years of working experience in a related field.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Job Specific Knowledge

• Technical in networking, computer hardware or software.
• Operating a PC and Mac with experience in MS Office
• Troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions
• Operating standard audio-visual equipment: projectors, microphones, portable screens, media players, etc.

• Excellent written and spoken communication language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Time Management
• Management of student diversity e.g. education, culture, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Support student training & academic.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions
• Simulation Laboratory’s Records keeping
• Liaison with the external stakeholders for simulation equipment
• Integration and collaboration
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the HOD
