The work: ​

• Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics, and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client at the C-suite level that has the appropriate level of impact
• Build and leverage a deep understanding of FS industry and market to be able to influence the client’s business strategies
• Lead and drive financial performance for the banking sector (e.g., sales, revenue and profitability)
• Develop a robust, long-term pipeline of opportunities to ensure the sustainability of Accenture’s business at the client over time
• Shape vision and sense of purpose for the team for all career levels to attract and develop diverse talent.

• In-depth understanding of latest trends and innovations for the banking Industry
• Proven track record of leading and delivering multi-million-dollar programs
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and the ability to partner across the Accenture ecosystem
• Extensive experience managing C-level relationships
• Recognized as an industry influencer, positively impacting growth of a sub-industry within Accenture and growth of a sub-industry overall
