    Job description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our regional office. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Admin and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the regional office.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documents.
    • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
    • Support the team with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of financial concepts.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.

    • Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.
    • Recently certified ID and qualifications.
    • Must be able to commit to 12 months.
    • MS Office proficiency.
