• Trian, manage and mentor up and coming recruiters
• Strategic business development across blue chip organisations
• Market research and client mapping
• Recruiting and Headhunting for key clients.
• In-depth interviewing of candidates against job and client specifications
• Strategic business development, fee negotiation, planning and prioritising on the recruitment desk (optimal performance)
• Recruitment activities in line with company recruitment standards

Requirements

• South African citizen with 4+ years’ recruitment experience
• Experience with training, mentoring and managing junior staff
