Supervisor (Accounts Payable)

Key Responsibility Areas

Undertakes all functions related to the approval of payment documents captured on the JDE.
Attends to all query related matters.
Produces monthly statistics reports and record the number of JDE capturing errors, reoslved and unresolved payment queries.
Undertakes supervision of subordinate staff.
Deputises for the Accountant when reqiured.

Essential Requirements

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent with Mathematics and or Accounting and a certificate in Accounting or any other related and equivalent certificate.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
3 Years relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements

Tertiary (NQF Level 6) in Accounting with Financial Accounting as a major subject or any other related and equivalent qualification.
4 Years relevant experience.
