Storeroom Assistant

Job Summary

To support Operations Assistant in the efficient management of the storeroom by assisting with administrational, as well as logistical needs.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

Responsible for issuing of stock orders made by the different operational departments
Responsible for the receiving and unpacking of new stock and updating the stock room inventory on the system
Responsible for checking invoices of all delivered stock and confirming stock received matches invoices
Ensure regular stock takes are completed, and the system stock database is maintained
Ensure the stockroom is clean and kept tidy at all times
Ensure that the consumable ordering and handout system is used and managed with all the operational personnel responsible for ordering and handing out consumables and equipment
Ensure that sufficient stock levels are kept, to avoid running out and causing delays for site launches etc.
