This involves leading a team of property managers, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and strategising for the enhancement of the portfolio’s value and returns

Minimum Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is essential.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate management or a related field is required, including hands-on experience with property management, acquisitions, and strategic planning.
Must have own reliable transport to get to work and travel for work purposes.
Must reside in Pretoria area.
