    Recruitment Officer (Fixed Term Contract – 6 months)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the employment contracting, enrolment and on-boarding process for skilled staff.
    • Communicate and provide feedback to internal and external candidates and line management where required.
    • Act as a coach to line managers involved in recruitment, ensuring that recruitment practice aligned with best practice becomes embedded in the organization.
    • Ensure that recruitment is conducted in the line with company policies and procedures and in line with the legislative requirements i.e. Employment Equity Act, Code of Good Practice and the LRA
    • Drive both internal and external recruitment processes
    • Market Rewardsco as an employer of choice
    • Recruitment Database Management and Reporting
    • Analyze trends and propose alternative recruitment sources.

    Skills and Qualities:

    • Able to work in a highly pressurized environment to stringent deadlines
    • Able to work in a team as well as independently
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be proactive in approach and able to meet targets set
    • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
    • Must be able to liaise at all levels within the organisation and create solid partnerships

    Technical Knowledge:

    • Matric
    • Related HR / recruitment qualification is preferred
    • Minimum 2 to 3 years International recruitment experience within a BPO environment
    • Bulk recruitment for International Sales Campaigns required
    • Local recruitment experience within an BPO environment is an advantage
    • Must have experience in recruiting for specialist roles
    • Must be proficient in MS Office – specifically Excel and Outlook
    • General knowledge of the LRA and BCEA and its impact on recruitment
    • Knowledge of Lexis Nexis Refcheck is advantageous
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process is essential
