About the Role:

• We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify key decision-makers within target accounts. Your role will involve generating new business opportunities by responding to inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential clients. You will build strong relationships with our partner agencies, helping them succeed by providing the solutions their clients need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth.
• Proactively reach potential clients through email, social media, and phone calls.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
• Prospect into both cold accounts and new divisions of existing customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted strategies.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed deals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent experience.
