    Sales Distribution Executive

    Job Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and vibrant Sales Distribution Executive with prior sales experience to support our Business Development Consultant (BDC) and Group CEO. This role is crucial in enhancing our sales distribution strategies, handling client interactions, and ensuring top-notch service delivery. You must be a graduate with ideally prior sales experience, to explore new distribution channels, handle enquiries, and building strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Service Support:

    • Serve as the primary contact for clients and potential clients, addressing their enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Work closely with the sales team to resolve issues and elevate customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and process client requests efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on their requests and status.

    Reporting:

    • Create detailed reports on sales performance and client request statuses.
    • Support sales forecasting and strategic planning activities.

    Administrative Support:

    • Maintain precise records of sales activities and invoices.
    • Assist in the development of sales presentations and promotional materials.
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales and distribution teams.

    Appointment setting:

    • Contact potential clients or leads via phone, email, or other communication methods to schedule appointments.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
    • Manage and update the appointment calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure availability.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Must be a college / university graduate with prior experience in a sales, sales support or sales distribution
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • Strong presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
