Finance Intern (Henley on Klip)

Requirements:

Finance related certification
Willing to learn and be trained
Administrative skills and Microsoft Knowledge
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
Must have own transport

Responsibilities :

Follow up with suppliers for outstanding statements, invoices and delivery notes
Capturing/processing of supplier invoices in Accpac
Assisting Occupational Rental manual invoice batches
Assisting with ad hoc accounting duties as instructed by the Senior Financial Accountant
Assisting with BEE related tasks
Assisting with filing of the finance team documents
Capturing of STD Bank Pay card processing and reconciliations
Assisting with creditors reconciliations
Capturing/processing of intercompany supplier invoices in Accpac
