Key Performance

Being accountable and responsible for overall safety, safety inspection, investigation, corrective & preventative action, and safety report.
2x Cell Manager direct reports
Responsible for 13 production lines in the factory
Being accountable and responsible for overall Food safety, GMPs inspection, Quality investigation, corrective & preventative action and NC report.
Process control, analysis and development
Minimize any problem occurred, taking care of man/machine/method
Monitor transaction in SAP system
Maintain and improve company/ISO/HACCP/GMP System
Project Initiation and Implementation

Accountable of process and products positive released
Sign off batch record for CCP/OPRP for process and products positive released
