Au Pair / Tutor | Constantia Kloof

Option 1: Au Pair.

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 13h30 – 19h00
School holiday hours: Three days per week (days to be confirmed): 13h30 – 19h00

Duties:

Collecting from school, transporting to and from extra murals, assisting with homework supervision, general childcare and assisting with anything childcare related, candidate must be strong in Afrikaans and Maths, able to tutor in Grade 2 and Grade 5 Maths, Afrikaans, English and Natural science.

Option 2: Tutor.

Working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 16h30 – 18h30
School holiday hours: not required, only needed within school terms.

Duties:

Meeting the children at home, assisting with homework supervision, candidate must be strong in Afrikaans and Maths, able to tutor in Grade 2 and Grade 5 Maths, Afrikaans, English and Natural science.

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
Must have a clear criminal record
Must have a passion for children
Must have Matric
Must have a South African ID document.
