We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Debt Consultant. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting cold calls to potential clients.
• Managing client interactions and processes in accordance with company procedures.
• Utilizing tech-savvy skills to streamline tasks and enhance client experience.
• Analyzing clients financial circumstances, including credit scores and budgets, to offer suitable debt management solutions.
• Providing consultative guidance to clients on managing their debt effectively.

Basic Requirements:

• Clear ITC (credit) and criminal record.

• Previous outbound call center experience is beneficial.
