    Administrative Controller - Clayville

    Job Advert Summary

    • Clover is currently recruiting for an Administrative Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the procurement of maintenance spares to ensure uninterrupted flow of spares to support operations . This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Clayville branch.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4.
    • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the
    • required level.
    • Business English: Fluent.
    • Computer literacy (Intermediate).
    • Code 08 Drivers license.
    • Work shifts/weekends/public holidays.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Source, optimize and control maintenance spares

    • Source competitive parts e.g. best price, same quality
    • Monitor and verify all stock related transactions.
    • Monitor supplier performance and take necessary action where applicable
    • Place capital orders and follow-up
    • Manage all processes related to direct parts
    • Ensure availability of all service parts
    • Coordinate services and repairs for maintenance shared vehicles and machines
    • Administer all processes related to maintenance purchasing
    • Follow up daily with open order delivery dates
    • Oversee quarterly stock takes
    • Filing and administration

    Management of staff

    • Manage employee performance and development
    • Train subordinates according to identified
    • Administer Time and Attendance system
  • Aptitude Tests
