    QA Administrator

    The purpose of this position is o provide administrative support to the entire Quality Assurance Department.

    • PQR – Typing and Trending and administration of database
    • Trending for the QMS system and reports from KabiTrack
    • Risk assessments and register – administration
    • Customer complaint administration duties
    • Compilation of logbooks
    • Administration of the Netskills training system
    • Compilation and distribution of quality KPIs and Netskills training status to departments
    • Complete transactions and reconciliations for batch movement to quarantine store (QS/QR)
    • Administration of the Document Management System e.g. SOPs, archive and retention of records
    • General office duties inclusive of handling of stationary supplies, filing, and assistance with document typing.
    • Carry out other tasks within the department/ factory which are consistent with the grade, qualification and training of the incumbent.

    Requirements

    • Possess a post matric qualification e.g., Certificate or Diploma in Administration
    • Advanced Microsoft office including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, Lotus Notes
    • 1 – 2 years’ experience in administration or secretarial duties
    • Experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
