Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Vision:

Develop and articulate a clear vision for the future of platform development and payment systems across
Lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work closely with the executive team to align technological strategies with business goals.

Technical Oversight:

Oversee the development and maintenance of the companies platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the companies remain at the forefront of innovation.
Direct the architecture and technical design of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.

Team Development and Training:

Mentor and develop the skills of the development team, providing training and growth opportunities.
Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
Implement best practices in software development and project management.

Project Management:

Lead project planning, prioritization, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

Develop and execute strategic plans for technological development.
