    Specialist, Analytics & Reporting, NFR

    Job Description

    To provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the Africa and Offshore countries to proactively identify, assess, analyse and report operational incidents incurred by the various countries and recommend appropriate loss and/or risk management mitigation actions. To prepare quarterly, monthly and ad-hoc consolidated Africa Regions reports, newsletters and other communication for senior Group Governance forums and additional senior management needs.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Degree in either Business Commerce, Legal or Risk Management
    • Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in either Business Commerce, Legal or Risk Management
    • Preferred: Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Basel ll best practice certification
    • Preferred: Financial Risk Manager Certification Non-Financial Risk Management certification (e.g.Henley qualification)

    Experience Required

    • 8- 10 years experience in Risk manager. The role requires an expert in Risk Management and business with profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field but specific focus on non-financial risks. Regulatory environment savvy, a proven track record in large scale and high-level leadership and capable of influencing seasoned leaders as well as employees and regulators. As an influential leader has the capacity to maneuver through the landscape of relevant decision makers in industry and drive change.
