Strategy Director

Key responsibilities:

Fosters and develops the strategic vision and creation of intellectual property to drive growth and develop creative ideas
Drives overall quality of the agencies strategic and creative output in partnership with creative leadership
Leads and directs the strategic component of new business to create net new growth for the agency
Generates new organic growth opportunities on existing clients in partnership with agency leadership
Builds and mentors diverse strategic thinkers focused on creating growth opportunities for our clients and the agency
Recruits, retains and develops teams with an eye to continuously strengthening the overall offering
Has the ability to create a followership and environment that attracts and inspires talent and generates business momentum
Takes the lead role in developing the agencies intellectual property
Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish and are shared
