Description

The ideal candidate for this position will oversee documentation gathering and administration, handle customer queries, process customer payments, refunds, and credits, and contribute to the management of the homechoice Showrooms stockroom on a daily basis. The primary goal of all Showroom activities is to enhance and boost sales revenue through the individual efforts of each staff member.

Requirements

What you’ll need to do this role

• A completed grade 12/Matric/NQFL 3/ NQFL 4
• 1 year + retail stores experience
• 1 year + administration experience in a retail store
