Recruitment and Selection
Employee Relations Management
Budget Management

Requirements
Appointment requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resource Management / Business Management / Industrial Psychology
Postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) in Human Resources Management / Business Management / Industrial Psychology
Registered Member of the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) at level of Chartered or Master HR Professional

Minimum Experience:

At least 8 years’ experience at a HR Management / HR Lead Specialist level in the public entity or private sector
In depth understanding and experience covering all aspects of Human Resources Management
Proven track record as an HR Manager or equivalent in a related stream
Proven ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels

Ideal:

Proven track record in leading and implementing Organisational Development Programmes, Change Management and Employee Engagement Programmes will be an advantage.
