Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in human resources (experience in Training operations, HR Services, Employee Services).

We are currently looking for a Regional Learning Specialist who will be responsible for the roll-out of Global and Regional essential learning solutions, designing and delivering the agreed local essential learning portfolio.

As a Regional learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end training coordination process for all trainings in CWAR. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Human resources business partners (HRBPs), conducting training needs analysis, developing training plans, executing training sessions, and providing insightful reporting on training effectiveness. You will ensure compliance with training SOPs and serve as the go-to expert for our Learning Management System (LMS) (Ilearn) as a Super User.
