Invoicing Clerk

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare invoices from quotes, orders and work tickets
Compute and allocate costs to invoices
Compare actual production to quotations and orders
Following up with Accounts Executive on outstanding work tickets for invoicing
Assess requests for credit notes and prepare accordingly
Month End Processing
Commission Statements
Ad Hoc tasks

Educational Requirements

Grade 12 with Accountancy and/or Mathematics
A relevant financial qualification will be advantageous.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 - 2 years experience with both debtors and creditors or in a costing/estimating environment.
At least 1 - 2 years experience in a financial environment.
