Job Summary

• Tetra Pak South Africa is looking for a WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Specialist, to apply WCM knowledge and methodology to support the results in the respective factory, and work with and support WCM Manager and the pillar to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.
• The successful candidate will report to the WCM Manager based in Pinetown, Durban.

What you will do

• Administration and analytical support to WCM Manager and Pillar Leaders
• WCM activity governance like KPI deployments/Kaizen Teams/Training Executions
• Drive & support KPI topics with Kaizen Team
• Benchmarking with other pillars and factories
• Guiding operators and production associates in WCM training and tools

We believe you have

• University Degree in Engineering.
• PDCA mindset, knowledge of issue analysis tools
• Good communications skills
• Able to work in a team
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
