    Junior Key Account Manager (JB4598)

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Sales Diploma or Degree (preferred)
    • 1 - 2 years of external sales experience
    • Sales experience in selling services, concepts, or non-tangible concepts
    • Own vehicle and a valid drivers license
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Effective time management
    • Problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and apply solutions
    • Excellent comprehension skills
    • Presentable appearance

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Identify target customers based on company specifications
    • Conduct a thorough analysis of potential opportunities with prospective customers
    • Utilize referrals, incoming calls, client database, and cold calling to identify and follow up on leads
    • Plan, develop and execute
    • Call on prospects and conduct site audits to explore customer needs
    • Deliver presentations
    • Offer services and prepare comprehensive quotes, including service providers and on-site resources
    • Prioritize necessary actions and submit quotations for approval
    • Communicate quotations to customers
    • Review Service Level Agreements and contract performance with customers
    • Facilitate smooth handovers
    • Investigate and address any deviations or customer dissatisfaction
    • Prepare and submit daily reports on the CRM platform, covering activities, calls, meetings, quotes, new business, sales pipeline, and new site start-ups
    • Attend and contribute to various meetings, including those with Finance, Regional Operations, and the Branch Manager
    • Compile ad hoc reports as per company requirements
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legal prescriptions and constraints
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Stay informed and up to date about and comply with the Department of Water and Sanitation, statutory, and legal requirements
    • Prioritize safety, health, environmental, quality, and risk (SHEQR) considerations
    • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
