Description

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgeries.
• Provide nursing care for inpatients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarians.
• Educate pet owners on post-treatment care and general pet health.
• Maintain and sterilise surgical instruments and equipment.
• Perform diagnostic tests and prepare samples for laboratory analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Veterinary Nursing.
• Registration with the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
