Experience

Minimum:

• 2+ years’ experience in a training or learning or facilitation role.
• Proven experience of planning designing and delivering learning interventions.
• Proven experience in the building and maintaining of client relationships.
• Working on cross – functional projects
• Proficient in Articulate storyline 3/360

Ideal:

• 5 years proven experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design and Facilitation
• Retail and or Business banking environment experience.

Qualifications (Minimum)

• National Certificate in Human Resources or Education

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
