Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to transport and logistics operation
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within logistics processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure alignment of logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
System Implementation and Optimization: Support the implementation of logistics management systems and technologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Six Sigma) is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the transport and logistics industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement and system optimization projects.
