Supervisor: Inspection Systems

Job Summary:

To ensure that Inspections systems are functioning correctly and that all quality control processes are producing the product that meets specified requirements and leads the team.

Main Responsibilities (not limited to):

To ensure compliance to defined quality standards
To perform necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
To ensure calibration of the inspection system is conducted on a regular basis
To compile inspection reports to track waste rates and determine opportunities for improvement
To conduct troubleshooting of inspection system to ensure optimal results
To provide training to Operators on the inspection system
To lead the team through development and performance management
To develop adaptation models for new/revised denominations
To ensure compliance to policies, procedures, processes and relevant legislation.
