Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

New Employee Setup: Capture and verify personal and job-related information, handle salary calculations, and integrate data across systems.
Batch Imports: Prepare, import, and reconcile data for various accounts and incentives.
Manual Processing: Ensure accurate handling of payroll adjustments, deductions, and compensation changes.
Transfers & Terminations: Manage employee transfers between companies, handle terminations, and ensure accurate final payments.
InfoSlips & Payslips: Extract, upload, and manage payslips; assist with any related queries.
Monthly Reports: Generate and distribute various payroll reports; handle ad hoc requests.
Payroll Support: Serve as a liaison between Payroll, HR, and employees, addressing queries and issues.
