Duties:

• Set up and work within the provided curriculum, plan the syllabus, set up and follow through with rosters. Curriculum support required, teaching, ensuring assignments are submitted, work is grasped, and concepts understood. Engaging in educational and age-appropriate stimulation, engaging in activities over and above the curriculum provided as well as transporting to and from extra murals and assisting with anything childcare-related.
• Special Requirements: Fully qualified intermediate phase teacher. Own car. Must have a good support system if they have dependants. Must live close by (10km radius). Someone self-disciplined, on the ball, works well on their own. Patient and understanding.

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
