In this role, youll be responsible for planning, organizing, documenting, and at times, managing technical projects to ensure seamless operations. We require someone with demonstrated hands-on experience as a project coordinator in a complex, virtualized hybrid environment, as our project implementations occur on live mission-critical systems. You Bring:

• Degree or diploma, or working towards one, in the field.
• 1+ years of IT project Coordinator related experience.
• Experience in the Project development life cycle.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft IT Certifications (advantageous).
• Microsoft Excel Qualification (advantageous).
• MS Project Certification (advantageous).
• Scrum master certification / CAPM (advantageous).

What You’ll Do:

• Keep projects up to date on the Project Management tool.
• Organize and minute meetings.
• Organize, prepare, reports to discuss project goals and progress.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Build relationships with the client and all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
• To create, maintain and update project and resource plans.
• Assist the Project Manager with updates to the Project schedule.
• Maintain an accessible central repository for risk logs, change control and lessons learnt.
• Working with the team to report on project health by monitoring financial information, comparing actual progress against baseline forecasts.
• Perform other IT project related duties as assigned and identified.
• Administration of invoicing.
• Assist with Project Management Office meetings and reporting.
• Act on occasion as an Assistant Project Manager on projects, taking responsibility for predefined tasks.
