Job Description

The Paid Search Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting clients target KPIs. Reporting to to the Senior Director Paid Media.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Day to day management of digital media paid search campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goals.
Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on the different search engines in addition to performing or assisting in validation / audits on campaigns of the same team
Leading Account Performance and Growth strategy
Driving Search Innovation and Testing Initiatives
Leading and/or Supporting in Client QBRs
Mentoring other team members with In-Platform execution
Leading and/or Supporting Internal Team and Departmental Communications

Qualifications

3+ years experience in Paid Search account management
Agency related experience
In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns (particularly Google Ads).
Google Ads Search Certification (preferable)
GA4 knowledge/Adobe
Client-centric - Youll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
Analytics & Reporting - Youll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
