    Residence Concierge

    Job Description

    • The Residence Concierge will assist with ensuring that the operations and logistics of the MORE Family Collection Residences are in line for a guests stays in Cape Town and surrounds.

    Guest Services:

    • Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and providing a personalized introduction to the residence.
    • Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
    • Offering information about local attractions, dining options, and activities.

    Reservations and Coordination:

    • Managing reservations and coordinating guest arrivals and departures.
    • Arranging transportation and assisting with any special requests or event planning.
    • Gather all details about guests stays prior to their arrivals.

    Communication:

    • Serving as a central point of communication between guests and various residence staff.
    • Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure our guests needs are met.

    Problem Resolution:

    • Resolving issues or concerns that may arise during a guests stay.
    • Anticipating potential problems and proactively addressing them to enhance the overall guest experience.

    Personalized Service:

    • Providing personalized services such as arranging special celebrations, private dinners, or unique experiences tailored to the guests preferences.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Managing administrative tasks, including handling check-ins/check-outs, maintaining accurate guest records, and processing payments.
    • PMS - Management

    Attention to Detail:

    • Paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure that the residence is well-prepared for each guests arrival and stay.

    REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Matric (essential)
    • Hospitality / Tourism qualification (advantageous)
    • 3-4 years’ experience in hospitality management.
    • Proficiency in Hotel Operating Systems and Property Management Systems (PMS)
    • Excellent communicator with a good command of the English language both spoken and written.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Highly efficient and organized with good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Driver’s License and own vehicle (essential)
    • Self-starter and motivated to work independently
    • Cape Town Based Role
