MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Appropriate experience in a senior management role specific to the citrus industry
Suitable qualification(s) w.r.t citrus farm management
Strong management, leadership, and administration skills
Must have intermediate computer literacy skills
Citrus knowledge relevant to the Sundays’ River Valley will be advantageous
Must be mentorship, training and upliftment orientated
In depth market access and legislative knowledge (LRA, BCEA, SIZA, GlobalG.A.P etc.)
Ability to identify and resolve problems as they arise
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to motivate employees
Monitoring the implementation of projects and ensuring timely completion thereof
Must have basic farm mechanical knowledge and experience
Suitable experience with farm budgets, costing and reporting
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate at all levels
