    Sales Executive

    About our Sales Team

    Our sales team assists in building the company’s business by identifying prospective clients, demonstrating our software’s capabilities to potential clients and then converting them to paying clients. Each sales team member acts as a relationship manager by maintaining current client relationships and developing relationships with new clients. When new clients have been converted, each member is required to train the client in the use of the software. As we encourage our staff to grow and develop their skills, we require that our sales staff consistently work on sharpening and improving their skills, be it through practice, reading or by attending classes, workshops or seminars

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Legal/banking background – it would be advantageous to have worked on third party trust administration products or to have some knowledge of estate administration.
    • 2+ Years of experience in sales.
    • Experience and ability to cold call.

    General Requirements

    • Proficiency in English;
    • Cold calling capabilities;
    • Passionate about sales;
    • Self-motivated, goal oriented with a desire and ability to meet targets and deliver results;
    • Fast learner who can adapt in a competitive environment;
    • Eagerness to learn about and understand the software and its features;
    • An understanding of technology and software use;
    • Able to use MS Office and its features;
    • The ability to speak another South African language is encouraged.

    Responsibilities

    • Research, identify and meet with prospective clients (virtually or during sales visits);
    • Demonstrate and present the software and its features to potential clients;
    • Build & maintain relationships with existing and new clients;
    • Train new clients to use the software;
    • Provide assistance to clients regarding software use or other inquires when required;
    • Keep accurate records of sales, demos and training sessions;
    • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new developments;
    • Work towards and achieve sales targets;
    • Keep track of sales data and create sales reports;
    • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings where appropriate and applicable.
