Database Administrator- IT
You will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems NQF 7 Relevant database platform certification (Microsoft SQL 2016 platforms, Azure SQL, Oracle, MYSQL)
Valid Driver’s License
A minimum of 5 years Database Administration experience.
Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL In-depth understanding of database management systems, ETL, database design, documentation and coding Data warehouse design & analytics principle working knowledge Familiarity with programming languages API Knowledge of database structure languages, such as SQL or SQL/PSM SQL Clustering

Replication Knowledge of IT security best practices Knowledge of Project Management - install and rollout of hardware within required project guidelines and timeframes.
Knowledge of financial planning and budgets, submission of database requirements for the group - provide input into the forecasting and planning of budgets.
