Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through customer, competitor, and market understandingBuild and grow sales pipeline.
Customer relationship - know our customers and build long-term relationshipsClose dialogue with customers to ensure good understanding of customers projects in their pipeline.
Manage and deliver sales projects, sales process, deal review, and tender responses internally and externally all the way from origination to close.
Negotiation of projects to contract completion.
Ensure KPIs for order intake, revenue, margins and customer satisfaction are met.
Know, navigate, and succeed in the marketMonitor market trends and competitor activity.
Organise, coach and oversee cross-functional deals teams through the team selling concept.
Qualifications
Background of minimum 7 years of similar experience in the energy industry, machinery, construction or related environment, large infrastructure projects or large manufactured products.
Preferably , Masters degree in engineering or business
Solid Sales proven history.
Solid drive and business insight.
Good negotiation skills and possess the ability to create a win-win situation.
Ability to build up relationships with customers
Collaboration and sharing of resources to the benefit of the entityExperience from working in a matrix set-up would be a valuable asset.
