    Office Administrator - Strand

    Responsibilities include:

    • Create and maintain safety files for clients according to regulatory standards
    • Coordinate and schedule health and safety training sessions
    • Perform general office administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
    • Maintain and update records accurately in various systems
    • Handle client inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Requirements Include:

    • Proven experience in health and safety administration
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
    • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
    • Resides in or near the Helderberg area, ensuring easy commute to Strand
    • Prior experience in a similar role or related industry.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
