HRD Officer People Development - Mokopane
The HRD Officer People Development will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Annual skills plan and revisions
HRD People Development systems and courses/programs required by the Operation.
Setting up HRD People Development projects
Structuring and resourcing HRD People Development related initiatives
Financial expenditure within agreed parameters
Compiling and maintenance of Mining Charter Scorecard
Compiling of BBBEE scorecard
HRD People Development standards for discipline(s)
Identifying employees suitable for further training related to the role.
Development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 9001:2008 and MQA accreditation
Progressive reports on predetermined targets for skills development.
Relationships with relevant stakeholders.
You will be required to have the following:
Qualifications:
Grade 12.
NQF Level 5 OD ETDP Higher Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Assessor and Moderator Certificate registered with MQA.
Must be a qualified registered Skills Development Facilitator
Must have thorough knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2008.
Competent and experienced in process / procedure design and development.
Computer literate.
Experience:
At least five years’ experience in the Human Resource Development and Human Resources functions of which two years should be in the mining environment.
Must have experience on Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report implementation.
At least five years HRD and HR related experience.
2 years practical training facilitation skills.
Competent in mine HRD and HR systems.
Designing, implementation and maintenance of the LMS system.
Have a good understanding of the Skills Development Legislation and Regulation as well as HRD Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Project coordination and administration would be advantageous.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
