Job Description:

  • Loncha Limited is a Ghanaian company operating in both Turkey and Ghana. Established in 2013, Loncha Limited specializes in manufacturing, distributing, and installing high-quality security and internal doors, customized kitchen and wardrobe solutions, walk-in closets, and other office furnishings. With a focus on adding value in terms of beauty and security to real estate and individual housing development, Loncha Limited serves a diverse range of customers, including private estate developers, government agencies, and individuals without discrimination.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the company across all platforms, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery.
    • Photography/videography, editing and retouch images to ensure high-quality visuals for marketing materials, website, and social media.
    • Develop visually compelling catalogs, brochures, and product guides highlighting the company’s furniture collections, features, and specifications.
    • Conceptualize and design advertisements for print, online, and other media channels to promote furniture products, sales events, and brand initiatives.
    • Design graphics and visual elements for the company’s website, including banners, product images, and interactive features to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
    • Work with other departments to ensure design aligns with business objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to create designs that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the company’s offerings.
    • Plan and execute a social media approach to engage the target audience and meet company goals.
    • Crafting digital content and posting on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
    • Reporting metrics to the Managing Director to measure the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts.
    • Communicating with followers, responding to queries, and monitoring customer reviews and feedback.
    • Handle technical issues related to information technology

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.
    • Excellent writing skills (Blogs and newsletters)
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
    • Experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns
    • Proficiency in using Adobe software like Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
    • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
    • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
