The Ghana office works with local government to rescue victims of trafficking, bring perpetrators to justice, restore survivors to safety and strength, and supports law enforcement in building a safe future that lasts.
The Need
As we grow to expand our global impact to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030, we are seeking a Casework Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of casework strategies to meet project objectives. The Casework Manager would lead a core staff team to apply a sustainable approach to capacity building and collaborative casework with relevant authorities, supporting those agencies to apply legal frameworks to identify and remediate cases in a victim centered and trauma informed manner. This is a fulltime on-site position with occasional travel to other locations in the country. This position is contingent on receipt of donor funding.
This position is based in Kumasi, Ghana and reports to the Program Director.
