Job Description:

  • Duties and Responsibilities

    • Initiates action for the formulation of policies of the company
    • Exercises oversight responsibility for effective and efficient management of the resources (human, material and financial) of the company
    • Ensures the implementation of policies, programmes and activities of the company (developmental projects and operations)
    • Ensures the monitoring and evaluation of all programmes and activities in the company
    • Ensures the development of the strategic, medium term and other periodic plans of the company
    • Ensures the preparation and submission of annual budget of the company to the Board
    • Ensures the implementation of performance management policy of the company

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • A minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Print Technology management, operations management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • A minimum of 15 years post-bachelor’s degree relevant work experience. 5 years of which must be in a senior management position in a reputable institution

    Competencies

    • Excellent leadership, networking, monitoring and management skills
    • Excellent communication, conflict management, skills interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Excellent negotiating, lobbying and resource mobilisation skills
    • Capacity to inspire and motivate
    • Extensive knowledge in laws and legislation’s in print and related industries
    • Very good knowledge of labour laws and regulations
    • Extensive knowledge in financial, procurement, budgeting and auditing regulations
