Role Overview:
As a Rideshare Acquisition Executive, you will lead a sales team to increase the driver customer base, build relationships with rideshare partners, and execute presentations and campaigns. This role requires proven sales skills, effective team leadership, negotiation expertise, and customer relationship management abilities. Minimum qualifications are 3 years of successful sales experience and a university degree.
Locations: Accra and Kumasi
Responsibilities –
-Generating leads and guiding them through our customer journey
– Acquiring and growing the driver customer base within the rideshare community.
– Recruiting, training, motivating, and supervising sales team to meet set targets
– Building and nurturing relationships with rideshare partners.
– Managing activations and overseeing presentations and campaigns
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales
– University degree required
