    Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

    • Lead growth initiatives on digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Utilize local channels in Ghana to drive user acquisition and retention.
    • Run optimizations to achieve monthly Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets.
    • Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion and innovation to fuel continuous growth.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide daily/monthly reports
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement effective growth strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
    • Experience with local traffic sources in Ghana/Uganda for user acquisition preferred.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems and drive results.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
